After placing your order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will get two emails: 1) The first email, will confirm that your order has been completed and is being processed; 2) The second email tells you that the processing of the order is complete, it is being prepared to ship and will include any relevant tracking information.

All orders are shipped from within the United States and will arrive 7-10 business days from order date. Please note shipping carries will vary by shipment. We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process from the time of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason we offer a 90-day Money Back Guarantee on purchases made directly through Church & Dwight Co., Inc., Inc. This is valid for the following products only purchased in any quantity:

• Viviscal Hair Filler Fibers

If you wish to return your product please call customer service at 888-444-9084 within 90 days of the date the product was received to receive a return authorization code. Once you have received this you may return the product to:

Please note returns without a return authorization code will not be accepted. Once your return has been received please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Once it has been processed it will take between 5-7 business days to show up on your account depending on your bank.
